Lacy Amoeba, 200RYT

 

Lacy discovered yoga in 2001 in her hometown Orlando, FL.  After years of exploring various yoga styles and transitioning to Polk County, FL, she began leading yoga classes and completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2011.  Around this same time, Lacy began sharing themed yoga experiences at anime, comic, and other fandom conventions as Nerd Yoga.

Lacy continues to experience the fervent beauty yoga invites into her life.  She is thankful for a practice that provides a framework for healing our physical and emotional bodies, both on and off the mat.  She enjoys teaching an alignment-based style with an emphasis on intention.
